Also, in which component are you working: Calc, Draw, Impress, Writer? Change your tag from Common to one of these.
you set it in your printer options
Click fIle - new - labels. Choose the type/brand of labels that you plan on using. Next, click format and it will show you how many rows and columns your labels are formatted to. It all depends on your choice of labels if you want Portrait buy labels that are oriented to that choice. Most labels will be Portrait.
