I changed my Title 1 font type, size and spacing, no weird things. Now Title 1 is no longer being considered when I generate/update my ToC I also noticed some fields are now unlocked, where in another document the Title 1 relative fields are indeed locked.

Question: Do you mean heading 1 style when you write “Title 1”?
(Livello 1 seems to be heading 1 in English.)
Correct, for some reason my Outline Numbering messed up.
