I have a collection that I wish to catalogue JRE 64bit installed. I can't find anything in the HELP index that guides me towards creating a database with about ten fields and attached photo. Any ideas?

If this is about database, retag your question to remove writer tag and add base otherwise you target wrong contributors.

Also make you title shorter and use the description to elaborate.

I would suggest starting with the LibreOffice Base Handbook. https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/images/b/bf/BG62-BaseGuide.pdf

I would also recommend that you use either MySQL or MariaDB instead of Base.
