I really can’t see myself trying to create/edit documents on my Galaxy phone; screen is large for a phone but still too small for such use, IMHO. A viewer, though, than can just read docs created elsewhere would be nice.
Yes, there is. It is called OpenDocument Reader and comes for free 
You have to bear an advertisement bar as it is kind of usual for free apps, but it works just fine.
