Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Header is disabled when hide sheet save and reopen

I create and hide a spreadsheet save the file and reopen that file, In page style the header and footer are disabled!

1. Open a new file

2. Create a new sheet

3. Hide this sheet

4. I go to F11 > Page Styles > Default > Modify

5. on the Footer tab, the option ‘Footer on’ is also activated

6. on the Header tab, the option ‘Header on’ is activated

7. I save the closing file and reopen it

8. I go again to F11 > Page Styles > Default > Modify

9. now on the Header tab, the ‘Header on’ option is disabled

10. on the Footer tab, the ‘Footer on’ option is also disabled

Is this a bug or is it expected behavior?

You can install and use LibreOffice 7.1.7.2 to have headers and footers saved without loss.

There are two bug reports for loss of header and footer in versions 7.2.x, see tdf#144940 and tdf#144184
