I attached a screen shot.
The mail format doesn’t look like the normal AskLibO mail. The thread to which this mail refers to has not new answers or comments.
I would appreciate if an expert in this matter can make a comment.

It is a legitimate mail, send after x days and IIRC for a maximum of 3 times per question.
As you write in the comment to the linked question:

I assume the answer provided was indeed helpful to you, so you should also “thank” the author by flagging his answer as the best (well, best since there is only one, but that doesn’t matter - the green checkmark should be used when the answer was helpful to the original reporter)
People are using their votes way too little…
For what it’s worth, I have twice received a similar email. It was generated from vm3.documentfoundation.org and had a return address of webmaster@documentfoundation.org. It looked legit to me (I took a close look at the transmission data!)
Although there is no new content in the thread, it’s asking for a “green check-mark” if the answer provided is “correct” (or, “best answer”, in the email’s terms).
That’s not a “expert” comment, but at least it suggests this is an automated feature of this Q&A software, and not a bit of random spam you received. Hope that helps!
Thanks for comments. Although I thank the the person who provided me a helpful answer, I don’t remember if I clicked the green check mark button. Thus I clicked right now (again?). I am receiving quite often emails from friends with no or almost no text and a link and was afraid that this is something similar.
