Libredraw - how to make a recctangle with exact dimensions

I would like to know how to draw a rectangle when I know the dimensions.

I would like to draw a rectangle 3.75" wide X 80.875 " long.

Is there a way to enter this info, attach dimension lines, and then draw the rectangle to size.

I have adjusted the scaling factor to 1:10
