LibreOffice 4.0.0.3 install on Win7 error: Error 1335

Error 1335. The cabinet file ‘libreoffice1.cab’ required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used… Abort | Retry | Cancel.

Same symptom on repeated attempts. Downloaded the installer again, also donwloaded from mirror site. Always the same.

What information can I provide to assist with diagnosing this?
