I have upgrade to LibreOffice 7.1.6 some days ago and when I try to run the application LibreOffice crash in every attempt:

I have installed Chrome and Brave with Chromium libraries, but it is impossible to launch LibreOffice. I have reinstall completely the program, cleaning every file (profile, register, paths, etc.), but nothing has happened and LibreOffice continues crashing. I have to uninstall completely the program and work with OpenOffice 4.1.10.
Any idea to resolve this issue? In Safe-Mode LibreOffice can’t also run. I am working with Window 7 x64 Professional. It is obvious that some change related to the skialo.dll library is causing the problem. No previous version had such kind of issue.
Please read this, it is for Windows 10, but some points are certainly valid for Windows 7.

Based on what is written there, you might be able to install 7.1.5.2 from the archive download page at the bottom under Released Versions without any problem.
Thanks for the reply. I have reinstalled the previous version 7.1.5.2 that was working innitialy. I have verify that the Skialo.dll error happens in my olds Nvidia drivers (GT240 and GT8600GT), but not in a Windows 10 with a GT545. One thing curious is that LibreOffice 7.1.5.2 show a logo of “Community” and the 7.1.6.2 version show again the logo of “Document Foundation” at startup.
I hope in future versions this issue will be solved because older and newers PCs should be able to run this excellent application.

Upgrading to 7.2.2.2 helped
Upgrading to 7.1.7 most likely also helps (fixing a skia related bug), if one wants to work with a not so very recent release.
