pop-ups no longer visible

Not sure how to describe the problem, but when I click on the triangle to for example delete a comment the menu that should open does not. Same with correcting spelling error. It is best to just see for yourself:

It has been acting this way every since it started opening on the border between monitor 1 and 2 for no reason (never opened or closed a libreoffice app on anything other than monitor 1)

Which LibreOffice Version?
Which operating system (version)?

Hint 1
If set, try to disable OpenGL in Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> View -> Category: Graphics Output -> Option: [ ] Use OpenGL for all rendering and check whether that fixes your problem

Hint 2
Test user profile causing the issue:

• Start LibreOffice
• Restart in Safe Mode using Help -> Restart in Safe Mode and confirm the restart using button: Restart
• Archive your profile expanding Advanced (click on the word Advanced right above Help button) and click Archive User Profile button
• Click button Continue in Safe Mode
• Check your issue still appearing (If not, reset your user profile - procedure see here )
