What could one say about someone who keeps posting into a thread that has the relevant bug mentioned; but who posts “This gets weirder and weirder and no-one’s got any idea how it does it or if there’s any fix for it?” to the Ask site where users help users.
Personally I’d keep my energy for a better use (which I will do).
I’ve thought long and hard about whether to reply but I*'ve decided to make a comment.
It’s no wonder what passes for “Social Media” gets a bad press. I’ve only posted valid comments or questions looking for help and from what I’ve read after searching I’ve found there’s comments about this “fault” on sites for other programs using ODF going back to at least 2013 (possibly further) so hasn’t anyone the ability to wade through the program code to try to find where and what the fault is?
I don’t have the ability, what programming I did was many, many years ago and since then I’ve only written HTML and that’s way out of date now so I was hoping some clever person would be able to offer a fix…
