Ah, I misunderstood the question. I suggested to replace

    Formula_Convert(oCell, sFrom, 2)

with

    Formula_Convert(oCell, sFrom, com.sun.star.sheet.AddressConvention.XL_R1C1)

because magic numbers are much worse than mnemonic constants, even such longish.
