Slow responses and the GPU process

Even though I have a powerful Dell Precision 3590 laptop with 96 GB of RAM, a 2 TB SSD, 165H processor, and NVIDIA RTX 500 Ada, I don’t understand why it takes so long to launch Writer, for example, even though I set LibreOffice to run from memory after Windows starts. For example, “Save As” or “Tools, Language” takes several seconds before the menu even opens.

I also don’t understand why the LibreOffice process is running on the GPU; the nvidia-smi command shows:
| 0 N/A N/A 6684 C …breOffice\program\soffice.bin N/A |

In my opinion, the entire package is poorly programmed. On a high-performance laptop, the program should respond instantly to a button press.

Some problems arise from the graphics settings in LibreOffice.
Try enabling Skia; Tools>Options menu:

This is how I set it up, but LibreOffice still responds slowly.
