On the recommendation of members of this forum, I have created a Bulleted paragraph style. The normal bulleted list just puts bullets in front of the paragraphs, without indentation before them, keeping standard paragraph spacing between items of the list.
The bulleted paragraph apparently treats them all as one paragraph, so the spacing between lines (list items) within the paragraph (the list) is smaller and I like that. But I can’t understand why. Spacing defined in the paragraph is 0 above and below, but that is for the whole list (paragraph).
Also, the space after such a bulleted paragraph and before the next paragraph (Body Text) is short also, just as short as within the list. How do I get the spacing after the bulleted paragraph to be the same as between two Body-Text paragraphs?
Oops, my bad. The answer was there in a post I had read … but not adequately. In the Bulleted Paragraph stye, set spacing below paragraph to .20 cm AND click to activate 'Do not add s[ace between paragraphs of the same style.
