The 2 new versions for the mac only prints in landscape mode

Even though though the orientation is set to portrait mode it prints all my documents in landscape mode. Is there any fix for this. Also how can I download the older version. Please help

Landscape vs Portrait printing to Letter paper - size on Mac OSX?

Although Portrait format is selected, documents printed to a “letter” size sheet via MacOS Sierra 10.12.6 print in landscape format. Have to select A4 size on each occasion to get the document printed in portrait.
