“Categories” are all in foreign languages. Does your website think I don’t speak English?
Not specifically you. But there are enough people who do not (sufficiently) speak English or prefer to communicate in their native language.

The English category is the seventh. They are in alphabetical order, by its language code: ar for Arab, br-PT for Brazilian Portuguese, en for English, and so.
