There may be a lock file left in one of your directories that you are working with. Close LibreOffice and look for a file .~lock.FILENAME.FILEext# in your working directory and delete it.

I have the same problem running any of the recent versions of Libreoffice on Mac OSX 12.4. I’ve attached the crash report to see if anyone can find the issue and suggest a solution.

Please test with a clean profile, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode
