What is it? Borders from where?

In order to be able to make a better diagnosis, you suffer here a sample file (1-2 pages high), in which the problem is present.

I’m using border for words then expand them by using space alot of times

It is not entirely clear to me what you are trying to achieve.
You have set the distance on Character to 0.05 cm.
You can set it to 0.00 cm or even larger.
Describe your goal in more detail.

Unfortunately, you are using Writer like a typewriter and forgoing the good benefits of styles. Your entire document is formatted directly and has unnecessary empty paragraphs and spaces.

This is poor formatting. What you desire is better done by using borders of paragraphs resp. paragraph styles.
You used the Default Paragraph Style for each different paragraph and your formats are hard formatted. If your text will grow to some more pages this probably will cause serious layout problems.

EDIT

For your CVs use LibreOffice templates, you may find a lot of them on the internet. An interesting one is on this LibreOffice site:
