Writer, Calc, Impress lack many functions

For example,
Row - by - row deduplication of tables can solve the problem of duplicate rows, and it will not cause the entire software to freeze when dealing with tables with tens of thousands of rows.
Filter out all numbers and all English characters. Our teacher asked us to format English characters and numbers differently from the local language, which is quite troublesome to do.
Changing the color of row and column positioning. This feature changes with the system theme color on Linux, but remains blue forever on Windows 10/11. It doesn’t look good, and I want to change it to green.
In the same document, there are multiple page numbering sequences. For example, pages 1 to 5 are the table of contents with page numbers 1 to 5; pages 6 to 11 have page numbers 1 to 6.

And… what is the question?

I believe your questions are Where do I learn how to use LibreOffice?. The answer is in the relevant Guides, download from English documentation | LibreOffice Documentation - LibreOffice User Guides.

The exception is the new Appearance settings:

To change the colour of the border around the selected cell, click Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Appearance and under Customization, select Calc Cell focus, change the colour to the desired colour. Click OK and allow LibreOffice to restart.
Note this will change the Column/Row Highlighting to the same colour but with some transparency

All your requests, except “deduplication”, can be solved by applying styles to your data or document. Styles have different maturity states but are present in all components of the suite (Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw and to a much lower extent in Math).

Nobody can give an actual solution because the term “duplicate” is fuzzy^17.
Are monozygotic twins duplicates? If so, which one from the other?

There isn’t a thing you can call an “English character” reasonably.
Change the teacher.
If you actually meant "mark parts of the content with a different attribute like “Italic” e.g, it’s simple: Use character styles.
If you want to type a textflow without moving the fingers from the keyboard to the mouse, you can define useful shortcuts or AutoText entries to support the application of character styles to special text parts or you can use pseudo-parentheses like, say, (. and .) for English and <. and .> for Number. Using Find&Replace with RegEx you can then search for one kind of the specified portions, apply the appropriate character style to all of them, and remove the parentheses then in one go.

Release notes for v.25.2:

A ‘Handle Duplicate Records’ dialog to select/remove duplicate records in Calc.

Since you seem to be concerned by something lacking on Windows, I assume, you are on Windows? Then do you know, that since forever, Writer can use your system keyboard layout, and assign text language accordingly? You only need to set up the layouts (or, strictly speaking, input languages - the layout may be the same for different languages) in system, and then use system-level keyboard shortcuts like Shift+Alt to switch them - soon to become imprinted into the muscle memory - every time you switch from English to German (or whatever). And in Writer, the text will be marked with correct language, without any styles (which otherwise would have to proliferate uncontrollably); and their spell checking, hyphenation, and so on will follow the correct rules; and - you can then just search for required language “formatting”, select all, apply whatever style you want …

Anyway: an attitude like “I don’t know anything about using your software; I just started, coming from another world; and I start with giving you my very important opinion about what you are lacking, instead of reading manuals or asking questions” is not too much productive. Not to mention, that this site is not for feature requests.

My language is Simplified Chinese, but the Simplified Chinese manual on the LibreOffice official website only covers up to version 7.2, while the English version goes up to version 25.2. The Chinese manual does not include introductions to the new features of the latest version, so I can only post questions or search for operation methods related to such issues.
The English manual is difficult for me to read.

That’s great approach! You are welcome to ask questions here, this is the site dedicated specifically to that! :+1:
