X86-64 Windows LibreOffice Freezes Upon Execution

When launching LibreOffice v5.2.6 on Windows 10 Home x86-64 the program hangs and then freezes. It never actually brings up, say, Writer or Calc.

So far I have:

  1. Reset user profiles
  2. Uninstalled LibreOffice
  3. Re-installed LibreOffice
  4. Started in safe mode
  5. Followed these instructions

Have you tested with a portable version.

or with a fresh version:

Thank you so much! Running the LibreOffice_5.3.2.2_Win_x86.msi version successfully launched and installed. (I was receiving an infamous Error 1303 as well)
