How to keep font information on labels with data from spreadsheet database?

Hello, I have made a database file so I can transfer that information to Labels, works fine. What I need is the font details to continue thru all labels. Each label has 4 rows, each being content from the database file. But each row has to have it’s own font characteristics…
example: row 1 should be bold with yellow highlight, 12pt font. row 2 should be red bold font. row 3 has its own details and so on…
is it possible to have this auto generated without modifying each individual label (approximately 400)??

Hello,

You can do this by turning Synchronize contents when you get the Label dialog:

Next, after selecting New Document, format the upper left label as you want:

When satisfied, click Synchronize Labels button which applies the format to all labels:

Now you are ready to print giving this result:
