A Windows printout of a PDF produced in Libreoffice/Linux fails (only garbage characters printed). The Windows printout of the same PDF produced with Ghostscript/Linux works perfectly.
Why does it happen? What are the differences between LO PDF export and printing to PDF via Ghostscript? Is it generally safer to use Ghostscript PDF?
