Hej, what do you call “links”? I see bad mixture of styles in your TOC (e.g. Avgränsningar and syfte which are both Contents 2 but have different handling for Tab) but I can’t investigate because the provided sample is no longer a TOC (in Write internal parlance), document being too much streamlined.
Update (don’t answer) your question to explain how you produced the TOC and replace sample file with one where we can regerate TOC or part of it.
select all (Ctrl+A), right click, select from context menu item “Delete hyperlink”
