is there a way to let the page number in the footer on the top of the page borders with a white background? so as i benefit from more space in the page?

You cannot set the footer to be outside the page border.
To reduce the space between the footer and the border. Your border is set to be 0.25 cm outside the page margins. To bring the footer closer to the border you need to, in Default Page Style > Border untick Padding > Synchronise and then set Padding > Bottom to 0.0 cm.

.
BTW Don’t set indents, alignment, etc in Default Paragraph Style, it makes it harder to set other styles. Set them in Body Text which is the correct paragraph style for the main body of your work. In the two samples I have removed indent and justified in Default Paragraph Style and applied it to Body Text
.
You could have the page number in a frame anchored to the footer but lying over the page border. This could bring its own problems, including printing margins.

i think that removing the bottom padding will cause that the bottom line of border will not be printed when printing the pages. (i tried this before, but i will give it another try to confirm it)

i think that this is the best solution for me now. thank you very much.

i tried to apply what you did in your example, but i get the page number bigger than the one in your example, and i could not find what is the difference: i checked the frame content style and the page number style and they seems to be similar.

thank you. good advice.
but how can i remove some settings in a style?
i find: reset and reset to partent, i tried clicking both but the style parameters still the same, how to reset the style or remove alignement settings in it for example?

It doesn’t change the distance from the border to the edge of the page, it reduces the distance between the margin and the border.

Did you change the font size for Arabic in the Complex tab of the Font page in Frame Contents style?

.
You still have Indent in Default Paragraph Style which means the indent is applied to Frame Contents. You should really have the page number styled as Footer which also has the indent applied so you can’t have it centred. Remove the indent from Default Paragraph, right click it, select Edit Style, choose the Indents and Spacing tab and set indents to 0. Apply the 0.5 cm indent to Body Text.
.
You might like to lock the Frame position and possibly Size for the page number
