EndNote Formating

I have only one footnote and around 50 endnotes. Footnotes are displayed as numbers, endnotes as roman numerals. Is there a simple way that I reverse that setting so that my footnotes are roman numerals and endnotes are normal numbers so that it is easier for readers to find the references they desire?
